This agreement outlines the scope of work, project timeline, payment terms, and other relevant details. By signing the service agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions specified therein.
3. Project Timeline We strive to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will communicate any changes to the project timeline promptly.
4. Payment Terms Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. A deposit may be required before the commencement of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Additional charges may apply for any changes or additions to the original scope of work.
5. Quality Assurance Remodel Prep LLC is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. We use premium materials and employ skilled professionals to ensure the best results. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion, and we will address your concerns.
6. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing access to the worksite, ensuring that the work area is clear of obstacles, and communicating any specific requirements or preferences. Any delays caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges.
7. Liability and Insurance Remodel Prep LLC is fully insured and will take all necessary precautions to protect your property related to our services or our equipment. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may incur a fee equivalent to the deposit amount.

Rental Policy

Thank you for choosing Remodel Prep LLC for your rental needs. Please read our rental policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions associated with renting our equipment and services.

1. Rental Agreement By renting equipment or services from Remodel Prep LLC, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Rental Period The rental period begins on the date the equipment is delivered, or the service is provided and ends on the agreed-upon return/pickup date. Extensions to the rental period must be requested and approved in advance.
3. Rental Fees Rental fees are calculated based on the duration of the rental period and the type of equipment or service rented. Payment is due at the time of rental, and any additional charges incurred during the rental period will be billed upon return of the equipment.
4. Security Deposit A security deposit may be required for certain rentals. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment in good condition, minus any charges for damage or excessive wear and tear.
5. Equipment Care Renters are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the rented equipment. Any damage or loss incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in additional charges.
6. Return of Equipment - Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return date. Late returns may incur additional fees. Equipment should be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all accessories and components included.
7. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the rental start date to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start date may incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental charge.
8. Liability Remodel Prep LLC is not liable for any injuries, damage, or losses incurred during the use of rented equipment or services. Renters assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment.

Purchase Policy
